We have made it our job to help the client building a house, the manual worker and hobby worker with the renovation or redesign of the surfaces of his house - Man´s third coat - in a sensible and ecological way. 

We do not take it for progress when building material and paints are being produced from petrochemical products, the oil price being dictated by a few oil magnates who can afford to fix it too low in relation to the changing prices of natural raw materials. This explains why as producers of products from regrowing raw materials we do not want to be compared with the big industrialist whose main concern is the maximisation of his profits. It is to be criticized that the indirect costs for the environment caused by the processing of mineral oil are not yet being fully included in the prices for those products but born by all citizens, also those who buy and use the environmentally friendly products which in a way amounts to a punishment for their behavior. As a steadily growing number of people we know that with the processing of regrowing raw materials the respect for the Earth will be restored and a major contribution to solving the problem of unemployment can be made. 

It is our belief that the architecture and chemistry of a building must be in harmony with ecology to create a good atmosphere in our houses. We are endeavouring to preserve the original and natural. The hectic pace of our time and a thinking orientated towards turnovers and profits have made the manual worker forget the art of original building. Today many people go in search of the natural and well-tried and so help to keep alive traditional trade. 

We would like to support them with our products. 

We are a producer of a whole programme of paints, oils, waxes, varnishes and adhesives in Northern Germany under the name `Sehestedt's Natural Colors'.

We have not set up a trader's net. The manual worker or customer will buy the products directly from us or we will send him the goods within one day. The small size of our enterprise is our strength.Consultancy is predominant as it used to be in the past at the drugstore in the countryside or town. In a broader sense we see ourselves as an international druggist always trying to give his time and attention to the individual wishes of the specialist including reasonable prices.
